Tuthilltown Spirits
Before Prohibition more than 1,000 farm distillers produced alcohol from New York grains and fruits. Tuthilltown distillers are bringing back traditional batch-distilled spirits.
Their Hudson Four Grain Bourbon Whiskey is a rich full-flavored spirit. The grains are perfectly suited one to the others so that the end result balances the soft richness of corn, the sharp peppery notes of rye, all the smooth subtlety of wheat and the sweetness of malted barley. Each bottle is hand numbered.

Tousey Winery
The newest addition to our collection of local products is the Tousey Winery Cassis. Ray Tousey's winery, just off Route 9 in Clermont, is producing this tasty liqueur from the black currants that he grows on his farm sweetened with his own honey. Rich and full with robust deep berry flavor and a clean tangy finish. Very enjoyable by itself or in a classic Kir or Kir Royale.
